ABOUT US

Alison Lindenbaum

I’m Alison, the Principle Osteopath and owner of Oxspines Osteopathy in Wheatley, Oxfordshire. I offer both a structural and cranial approach, resulting in swift effective pain relief and tailored just for you. I like to think that if I have not made you feel better in three treatments I am looking in the wrong place. I also specialise in women’s health and chronic pain. I like to put the smile back on your face and make you laugh.

Random facts :
I graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2009 whilst bringing up three children! I was a consumer behaviour researcher in a previous life. I would like to run a tea shop if I wasn’t an osteopath. I have chickens, a dog and a cat and teach irest guided meditation for PTSD, anxiety and sleep.

Gitte Pedersen

I work as Alison’s associate at Oxspines, I graduated from the European school of Osteopathy in 1992, then went on to work as a clinic tutor and assistant in technique for four years. I settled back in Oxfordshire after a brief stint in New Zealand. I owned my own clinic in Wallingford from 1994 till 2005, with the arrival of my daughter I based myself at home in Chipping Norton.I treat using a mixture of structural and cranial depending on what is needed on the day. The best thing is that no two days at work are the same, and I get to meet a myriad of interesting people.

Random facts :
I have a cockapoo who is my sanity therapy! My happy place is in or next to water, maybe that’s why I thought I’d be a dolphin trainer when I was little.
